Following numerous questions related to Corona virus, we wanted to reassure you as best as we could and in the most transparent way possible. We hope that it will help you during this tough period we are all going through together. At the beginning of March we started to implement far-reaching measures to protect our employees. Amongst other things, new shift systems were introduced and working from home was implemented to protect colleagues. We have also initiated further extensive hygiene measures and are paying even greater attention to safety in this regard. This includes not only the measures relating to our team, but of course also takes into account the safety of our customers. We therefore pay all the more attention to ensuring that all deliveries to you are subject to the highest hygiene standards.
HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Yes we have now extended our return policy. You can now buy now and return up to the 11th January 2021 (if the Coronavirus situation continues then this will of course be extended further). So you can continue to shop with us safely and without any worries.

IF I ORDER NOW, WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Yes, don't worry, for the time being the EU border closures only apply to private transport and travel. The transport of our goods and parcels from Berlin is currently not impacted. This information was confirmed by the President of the Republic and the Chancellor of Germany and should not change if the security measures are respected by all of us.
WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELAYED?
Our logistics partner DHL has told us that we will not face any delays. On the other hand, this containment measure may possibly increase the number of online orders considerably and therefore overload the delivery companies. It is therefore difficult at the moment to predict any delays.
