IF I ORDER NOW, WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Yes, don't worry, for the time being the EU border closures only apply to private transport and travel. The transport of our goods and parcels from Berlin is currently not impacted. This information was confirmed by the President of the Republic and the Chancellor of Germany should not change if the security measures are respected by all of us.
WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELAYED?
Our logistics partner DHL has told us that we will not face any delays. On the other hand, this containment measure may possibly increase the number of online orders considerably and therefore overload the delivery people. It is therefore difficult at the moment to predict any delays.
