Terms & Conditions

1. Prize draw is open to anyone living in the UK.
2. Auto entry will work as follows:
   1. Any order received daily from the 27th July – 12th August 2012 will automatically be entered into the daily prize draw on the following day after your order is received, which will take place between 1pm and 2pm.
3. Web entry will work as follows:
   1. Any FREE web entry received daily 27th July – 12th August 2012 will automatically be entered into the daily prize draw on the following day after your order is received, which will take place between 1pm and 2pm.
4. There will be one prize drawn every day at 1pm from Saturday 28th July to Monday 13th August 2012 to make a total of 17 Draws.
5. There are a total of 17 hallmarked Silver Jewellery Prizes.
6. Rocks & Co. will attempt to contact you after the draw has taken place to inform you of your win.
7. Winning Prizes will be posted out to you within 30 days of the draw day and after successfully contacting you.
8. Customers who purchase on the previous day will get automatically entered into the prize draw for the next day.
9. Customers not wishing to purchase may enter for free via the website.
10. Entries are limited to one per person per each draw day (either by web or auto entry- not both) and any duplicate entries will not be counted.
11. Prizes are non-transferable.
12. Prizes will be voided if we cannot contact you within 30 days of the draw date.
